Sometimes you may not be able to draw even a proper strait line, but inside your heart there is a rhythm that know one can see that even you can make it into a paint or drawing ......

But still you can see it from your heart... you can dream it from your mind......

Everyone wish new tings in there life, but in perfect way. But I cannot believe this why we do need to be satisfied with what we have. Ha ha haa including me too. When I get one thing I want snother things too. How can we satisfy ourselves.

Can anyone give answer to this. Can anyone say No we do not need more. This is enough what we have and we are happy. No I do not thing so........

But thinking all of these I just want to share one thing more with my dearies. That is just close your eyes, listen to your heart beat. You will feel the relaxation you have never feel.

Patience in a Relationship

Ah... In a relationship, being patience is most important. Because its long last. And this is a long last practice you must have to have.
Yes lets discuss how we can clear our mind sets, to be patience in a terrible situation. There sre lots of ways that you can fellow;


  1. Lets focus your mind set clear as you can
  2. Make a challenge to yourself that you can be patience
  3. Avoid the feeling that you do imagining the situation
  4. Learn how to talk to yourself,
  5. Do self respect
  6. Encourage open communication
  7. Spend time with your loved ones


Ha ha haa. If all these things are not working for you then, Then just leave a note in the fridge saying that you

"Love him or her Forever"

The word called love has more power than ever we know about anything

Love yourself and love other as well.


Yes It's Health

Yes it health…. That all we want. But we need to think in different ways that can keep us healthy. Yes when I say health you may think only about physical health only, No that’s totally wrong. We must think of mental, social & spiritual health too.


Now, will move to search four kinds of health areas.

Physical health
Physical health is defined as is the condition of your body. Good physical health is when your body is functioning as it was designed to function.

What can I do?
We need to take care of every piece of our being in order to achieve good physical health. Positive emotions are linked to better physical health. We must try to keep a balance in our lives. Some things that we can do to take care of our physical bodies include:
  • Rest. Our body needs a certain amount of hours of sleep every night
  • Eat healthy food. Our bodies use food as fuel. We must remember to eat regularly
  • Exercise. Our bodies were designed to be physically active.
  • Hygiene. It is important that we keep our bodies clean.
  • Do not smoke, abuse alcohol, or abuse drugs.

Mental health
Mental health contains our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel and act as we cope with life. It also helps settle on how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.
Mental illnesses are serious disorders which can influence your thinking, mood, and behavior. There are many causes of mental disorders. Your genes and family history may play a role. Your life experiences, such as stress or a history of abuse, may also matter. Biological factors can also be part of the cause. Mental disorders are common, but treatments are available.

Social health
Your social health is your ability to create and maintain healthy and boom relationships with other people. Healthy relationships are based on respect, mutual trust and equality.
You are socially well when you have a network of friends and family on whom you can rely for support, and for sharing of life experiences. Having healthy social relationships can help you prevent and even overcome disease and illness.





Spiritual health
Spiritual Wellness is a personal matter involving values and viewpoint that provide a purpose in our lives. While different individuals may have different views of what spiritualism is, it is generally considered to be the search for meaning and purpose in human existence, leading one to strive for a state of harmony with oneself and others while working to balance inner needs with the rest of the world. The National Wellness Institute says spiritual wellness follows the following tenets:
It is better to consider the meaning of life for ourselves and to be understanding of the beliefs of others than to close our minds and become narrow-minded.
  • Are you engaged in the process of spiritual wellness

Keeping Yourself Out From Gossiping

Hello there….. Guess I am in a good topic where all girls must freak with this. Let’s talk about how this gossip can help us to learn. Yea its just very curious to think even because it’s a bad hobbit. Permit me to show you the way to find the best even in the worst cases. Be positive all the time.
Think of an example;
Your neighbor won the 1st place from the cooking competition.  And you’re really jealousy with that but still you are gossiping and telling it about with others. In a way you do a good job. Why you’re a really promoting her success.
Look it’s very simple to see the good side of every single thing. But that will ha p pen the way we look at the matter.


Allow me to show you some directions to learn more from this; that means if you really addicted to gossips avoid these and be relaxed. Look below.
  1. Sort out negative gossip from the rest
  2. Ask yourself what the point of repeating the information is
  3. Figure out the problem behind the gossip
  4. Do something about the problem

General Environment

Hello there .......
Let's start learning from environment. Yes? Good Question? How are we learning from environment. Its easy, but you never know that. Am I correct.
Yes, Let's just think of an office. You want to get some work done from them. I mean you are not an office member. I can bet ............ Every one faced this before. If you do not have anyone knows in the office or organisation. You have to wait long long its sooooo long time. Till the workers are finishing there chatting and eating gossiping and so on. Hmmm hope you all will agree with me.
Now will see how are we learning things from this. This is the most critical side we want to see, since we are human. Why I say like that, if we are in such a dilemma. Then we are annoyed.


That's bad. I know it hard to think that its normal lives of people. Therefore, I would like to ask from you all few questions. 

1. Are we do the same when we are in our working place?
2. If not do we need to do so?

Lets think are we going to bite the dogs' leg because he bitten us, or chasing them and get the ointment.
Even I am so curious to select the best way to live. But lets share our feel and thoughts, then we can make a better world.
